Returns

CHANGE OF HEART:  You may return your item within 15 days of purchase as long as it is in its original unused condition. You pay the cost to ship to me. I’ll replace the item or refund your money as long as it has not been used or damaged. If you paid cash at a craft fair, I’ll need to know which show and will verify with my records the date of purchase.

NO RETURN ON PERSONALIZE ITEMS.

Refunds

Once your item is received, it will be inspected and if approved, the refund will be issued.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
